Huang visits Zhou and is sent out to steal a dragon costume that is set to be used in an upcoming Chinese heritage festivities in Chinatown and stash it behind the local Bank Of Liberty branch. Several hours later, Zhou and his associates rob a bank, with Zhou revealing that his intention for the costume is to use it in order to leave the area unnoticed by disguising himself, Huang and his associates as the festival performers since the entire Chinatown area will be closed off for the parade. After successfully leaving the area and returning to his safehouse, Huang finds an E-mail from Kenny in which he claims that there is possibly an informant within the Triads, revealing that an insider information caused Chan Jaoming to be arrested. However, despite his dislike for Chan, Kenny sends Huang to meet Hsin in his home in Little Italy in order to discuss the situation with him...
