Huang comes to see Hsin in Little Italy and finds out that his manhunt for the informant has produced the results; Namely, two Triad underbosses whom he wants dealt with in a traditional way; via decapitation with the sword, tasking Huang to do so. After finding and cutting down both Triad underbosses in Hove Beach, Dukes, Huang is contacted by Kenny who tells him that Hsin wants to see him at an nearby amusement park on Firefly Island, warning him to watch out due to Hsin's willingness to kill anyone he suspects could be an informant. His warning turns out to be well-placed as it turns out that Hsin has started suspecting that Huang himself is the FIB informant working within the Triads and that he orchestated the Yu Jian theft, intending to have him shot immediately before Kenny intervenes on Huang's behalf and manages to convivce Hsin to spare him by promising that Huang will track down the real informant and get Yu Jian back. Afterwards, Hsin contacts Huang, telling him about two of Triads' allies who could be hiding an informant, Korean Midtown Gangsters and Angels Of Death MC biker gang. He also tells him that he had hired a private investigator named Lester Leroc to infiltrate the Angels Of Death since he wants Huang to investigate the Koreans himself due to their recent suspicious behavior such as witholding a location of their new safehouse, ultimately telling him to meet him in South Bohan. After that, Huang is contacted by Lester who claims that Hsin told him that Huang will help him smooth his way into Angels Of Death MC's ranks, telling him to meet him in Burger Shot fast food joint in Beechwood City for further details...
