In this Video, I show the location and how to obtain an RPG at the beginning of the game.

Note that I've seen a much harder Method using a Stunt Jump and landing on the scaffolding along side of a building to get where I am, but as you can see, that Method is pointless since you can just use a Sanchez and vault over to the hidden area where the RPG is. You get 8 Rockets every time you pick it up and the maximum ammo you can hold at a time is 99 Rockets.

I am NOT SURE if there is more than one RPG Spawn in Chinatown Wars, but this is the one and only I am showing. There is even one (or more?) Flamethrower Spawns, too. Maybe I will make a Video of that, but maybe not since the RPG is so much better!

In the beginning when you are assembling a Starter Save, you have not unlocked the Dumpster Diving feature to find weapons, so having the RPG is pretty cool and you can never find the RPG inside a Dumpster, either. Not to mention when it finally becomes unlocked to buy in Ammunation toward the end of the game, it costs a LOT and to continue to buy it until you reach 99 Rockets will drain your money quickly! Picking it up from here time and time again is the best way to reach the maximum Rockets held and without having to pay for it at all.
