More beta leftovers! This time something GTA2-like, money messages. They were left in the code, unused code parts even hinted at when these should show. Therefore, I restored these messages in every place code had their leftovers and also added a $250 message after blowing up a police helicopter (this feature might have been added later in development, as it had no signs of money messages code).
