basicly i hate how you hhave to copy and paste different lines when you downloaded a new vehicle so i asked my friend which made a program called game save manager to make me a program which let's you edit the vehicles line carcols,vehicles,handling an easyer way so he made it and it turned out great in my opinion a easy and handy small program that dosn't need an install you just run it

REMEBER! this program is in it's beta stage use it at your own risk
