For the Boss to escape, the Crooks normally need to pull something special out of the bag. The other evening I was fortunate enough to escape three times in a row when selected as Boss. As a tribute to my team mates, here are three critical moments that meant the difference between success and failure.

1) In the first clip one of our team has secured the getaway boat and is moving it out of sniper range. We are enroute in a helicopter, but the cops have one too and are in pursuit. A second crook helicopter can be seen in the background, but the cops manage to sink them into the water. Shooting from helicopter to helicopter is possibly the hardest thing to do in the game. However, one of my team mates (TimmyDeluxe?) riding shotgun takes down the cop pilot, dumping the chopper and the two helpless passengers into the ocean. We are then safe to rendezvous with the getaway boat.

2) A helicopter arrives to pick me up, and a couple of motorcycle escorts in support. However, another helicopter comes into view, and it is a cop. One of the motorcycle escorts, Duncan Paradox, has brought an RPG and shoots it down with two consecutive hits - awesome shooting. This allows our helicopter to land safely and the Boss to take off un-molested.

3) We have the getaway boat again, but a Cop helicopter with shooter onboard has arrived. I try to crash them, but end up going down myself. Fortunately the getaway driver, superjet100 comes to my rescue, shooting down the assailants. I'm defenseless in the water, and this shot is the difference between the boss escaping and being taken out.

I've had to put this in slow motion so the human eye can keep up with the action, but at normal speed all these shots require superb reflexes, and you won't find greater examples of play much better than this.

Can anyone confirm the players who made the shots? Fraps was causing too much lag so I had to turn it off - a shame, because otherwise I would have put the whole matches up - great games from 31/01/2011.
