Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA LCS! This Video will show you how to obtain the FP/PP (Fire Proof / Pop Proof) Barracks OL (Unique Variation) from "Munitions Dump" with Mission Failure since it's the only way possible. Pop Proof means the Vehicle's tires can not be shot out by bullets and Spike Strips will not make them go flat.

Where Things Take Place in the Video:

0:55 - 7:10 - Obtaining the FP/PP Barracks OL from "Munitions Dump"

7:30 - 8:56 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the FP/PP Barracks OL to show it off as well as proving the FP/PP Properties

***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA LCS. With that said, if you're on PSP, I recommend you try the Method to PASS this Mission and obtaining the FP/PP Barracks OL. The Method I show in this Video is NEEDED if you play on PS2 or Mobile (Android/iOS) because blown up wrecks of Vehicles do NOT restore in the Garages on any PS2 or Mobile (Android/iOS) Version of LCS.

Note that this Method does NOT always work! What I mean by this is after the Mission fails and you try and put a few bullets into the side of the FP/PP Barracks OL to slow it down and allow the driver to leave, the driver's AI will get aggressive and instead of slowing down and getting out, he'll do the opposite and speed up, never leave the FP/PP Barracks OL. If you get that outcome to happen, you must reload and try again.

Even though this is a "Barracks OL," it has a Unique Model with Ammo Boxes in the back. You'll only find this particular Model from this Mission. You can't get this kind of Barracks OL from a Wanted Level.
