Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA LCS! This Video will show you how to convert ALMOST ANY Vehicle into PP (Pop Proof) using the Firefighter Side Mission in Free Roam. Pop Proof means the Vehicle's tires can not be shot out by bullets and Spike Strips will not make them go flat.

Where Things Take Place in the Video:

1:25 - 2:35 - Converting a Hellenbach GT into PP using the Firefighter Side Mission in Portland

4:50 - 6:24 - Converting a Hellenbach GT into PP using the Firefighter Side Mission in Staunton Island

***The Method I show in the Video will ONLY WORK for the PS2 and PSP Versions of GTA LCS. The reason for this is simple and it's because the Mobile (Android/iOS) Versions of LCS don't allow you to hold the Firefighter Side Mission Button. Even if you play with a Controller on Mobile, it STILL DOES NOT WORK!

The Video showcases TWO locations where you can pull off the PP Conversion. One of them is in Harwood, Portland and the other one is in Bedford Point, Staunton Island. You might be able to find another location to do this in Shoreside Vale, but the two locations I show in the Video are the best and most reliable.

Note that NOT ALL Special Vehicles can be converted into PP form using this Method. For instance, ANY Motorcycle with the H/WP (Heavy / Water Proof) Properties as well as very LARGE or TALL Vehicles such as the H/EC Yankee can NOT be converted into PP form using this Method and MUST BE DONE using The Shoreside Redemption PP Conversion.

How this works is simple. Drive the Vehicle in which you want to convert into PP form to the Firetruck in Portland or Staunton Island. Exit your Vehicle, enter the Firetruck, hold R3 (PS2) or the Up Button (PSP), exit the Firetruck, enter your Vehicle, drive to the location(s) shown in the Video and submerge the Vehicle in water, release R3 (or Up Button on PSP), and then get your Vehicle out of the water before Toni's Health reaches zero. When the screen goes black and then comes back, you WANT TO SEE Toni's Health STILL going down ever so slightly before reversing out of the water. If it's not submerged deep enough or long enough, the PP Property will not be retained and you'll have to try again. With some practice it becomes pretty easy.

You REALLY SHOULD have Firefighter Level 12 passed BEFORE using the PP Conversion. If it's not passed, you'll constantly get added Mission Attempts in your Stats each time the Firefighter Side Mission is activated.
