CJ returns to the ranch to meet the mysterious man, who is revealed to be Mike Toreno. CJ react with shock about Toreno's survival, when in reality Toreno never was on the helicopter CJ tooked down. Toreno explains that he is a government agent who was working undercover inside the Loco Syndicate in the interest of his agency. Toreno says he needs a guy like CJ to do jobs for him. The first being steal a truck from a rival agency. Being a two-man job, he has Cesar come over to help. We must pick up a bike to intercept the truck on the highway passing the Garver Bridge, and pull up the side of the truck so Cesar can jump in. After he stops the truck, we must drive it to the Doherty Garage.
