GTA SA Challenges - Episode 1: Most Wanted

Welcome to my final new GTA SA series (but not my final series IN San Andreas ;)) simply called GTA SA Challenges. Hey, they don't all have to have super cool, fancy names. This is one of many ideas for series' I'm testing out to fill the gap left by the conclusion of the Hidden Interior Universe series, so you guys will decide which one will be picked up (mainly, I'll continue all of them, but the main ones will be chosen based on which ones you guys like the most).
This series is just I get challenges to do in San Andreas, and spend a video trying to do it, not finishing until I succeed - most videos will feature only one challenge unless the challenge I select is easier than I expect and I need more. While this probably sounds like an incredibly unoriginal idea, I first came up with it upon seeing the '1000 things to do in San Andreas' forum on GTAForums, and thought a lot of them would work well as interesting challenges. As I say in the video, many of them are unusable or repeated though, so if this series hopes to continue the way it is, I'm going to need your input. Give me some challenges to do! Make sure they're difficult so it will be interesting (if it annoys me, that's good, only makes it more entertaining :D ), but of course don't make them impossible, I'll be able to weed those ones out easily, so there's no point suggesting them. I will not cheat for your challenge either, but you are allowed to suggest challenges involving cheats, like I have to do something that's normally easy except with a cheat that gives me a disadvantage or something. Also make sure your challenges isn't something boring like running around all of San Andreas on foot, because that does not make for very good video. :P Generally, I try to avoid getting wasted or busted in a challenge, unless it's required. As you will tell, I slightly modified the below challenges, as I decided I needed to lose the wanted level after obtaining it for the first one and to store the Hydra for the next one. Neither specified this or if I even needed to survive, but I needed to make them sufficiently difficult, which is why you guys need to make sure your suggestions are as specific as possible to prevent confusion.
