If you don't want to bother with the video, here's how to get there:

1) Go to Ganton Gym.
2) Kill everyone inside.
3) Go into the corner nearest the yellow marker, input the jetpack cheat and fly upwards.

Now here's the long, long explanation of how this all works. If you just want to be able to get there, don't bother with the following.
You'll find that nothing is in it's correct place - for example, you can't see Sweet's House if you fly over there. For a start, most interiors are not placed in their expected locations, but instead they are all located way high up in the sky, impossible to reach in any way normally, but most interiors are not placed directly above their counterparts, like the Ganton Gym. You may think I'm wrong, since the map said I was still in Ganton, but the map is a lie. The gym interior is actually located over there, and it just pretends that you're still in exactly the same spot. Going back to what I said earlier, Sweet's House interior is located in its rightful positions, but since the map is all out of alignment, it will be found in a completely different place.
Next are the heavens I mention a few times in the video. There are a total of 18. There are many reasons why everything is seperated into heavens - less stuff to load, less glitchiness, but everything is in it's own heaven. To access different heavens, you go through yellow markers in the middle of nowhere like I did to get to the brothel, loading up a new set of interiors and unloading the old ones. Technically, this means that you don't have to go to the brothel, because the Ganton Gym Heaven in itself has a bunch of interiors, but the Brothel Heaven has a load of interiors grouped together which is why people find that easier. You may find it difficult to understand but I'm sure you'll get it eventually.
Next, what happens if you fall? When you fall, the sky is black and the floor is grey and you can't see anything. This is an interesting little place, named Ghost Town. Now, everything is located in the sky like I said, so falling down to Earth brings you to the normal world. If you remember, you're actually around Blueberry, so if you see a shovel, it is not Ryder's backyard as you might think but rather Catalina's shack. Everything is invisible because of the heavens I mentioned earlier - the entire normal world is unloaded because the interiors above are currently loaded. There are a few parts of the normal world you'll find are loaded, such as the Atrium, which is only visible because you can see the outside while you are inside, since it has windows to look out of.
Another thing I mentioned in the video was the Red Zone, which is an area that you cannot fly by without being pulled down by your jetpack, where the game realises that you should not be flying your jetpack here and pulls you down. You want to be careful of this, but if you want to know exactly what causes this, it is water. Remember that you are really near Blueberry somewhere. Next to that is some water and nearby is a river that goes round it. When you fly above water is the red zone if you aligned up the maps correctly if you understand.
