Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA SA! This Video will show you how to obtain the AP/EC2 (All Proof / Exclusive Secondary Color) Black Buffalo from "High Noon" with passing the Mission. All Proof means the Vehicle is Bullet Poof (BP), Damage Proof (DP), Explosion Proof (EP), Fire Proof (FP), and Melee Proof (MP) simultaneously. It can still be destroyed if you arm it with a bomb and then blow it up, tip it upside down which results in it catching on fire and blowing up, if the player is on fire and enters the Vehicle, or if you stomp/punch the Vehicle while wearing a Parachute. Exclusive Secondary Color is referring to a SECONDARY Color area on any given Vehicle Model. MOST of the time, it'll be invisible and something only a Save Editor can detect. In regards to this AP/EC2 Buffalo, the Secondary Color is completely invisible!

Where Things Take Place in the Video:

0:20 - 1:20 - Loading the Save and taking the Jetpack to the location shown in the Video and placing it EXACTLY as you see it in the EXACT spot before beginning "High Noon"

1:25 - 1:40 - As soon as "High Noon" begins and I take control of CJ, running forward to grab the Jetpack, and immediately flying forward in the direction of the AP/EC2 Buffalo and entering it before Pulaski does

1:45 - 4:20 - Driving the AP/EC2 Buffalo to the location shown in the Video and submerging it in the water deep enough so the AP Properties are preserved and then getting Pulaski's attention with the Sniper Rifle so he runs into the water and dies so the Mission can pass

4:25 - 6:10 - Pushing the AP/EC2 Buffalo out of the water so I can drive it back to a Garage

6:15 - 7:00 - Driving the AP/EC2 Buffalo back to a Garage to store it

7:25 - 9:42 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the AP/EC2 Buffalo to show it off as well as proving the AP Properties

***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA SA.

The Sawn-Off Shotgun (Hitman Level) is not a requirement, but it'll likely help make this task go quicker and smoother if you have one to help get the AP/EC2 Buffalo out of the water after passing the Mission. You can alternatively just use CJ's body alone to do the job, but it'll take a lot longer.

Note that reaching the AP/EC2 Buffalo and entering it before Pulaski does requires perfect flying and no hesitation. It's why you need the Jetpack in the PERFECT location before beginning the Mission or else you won't reach the AP/EC2 Buffalo in time and have to reload and try again. Some say it doesn't work on Mobile (Android/iOS), but I can confirm myself that it surely DOES WORK on Mobile because I obtained it myself with Touch Screens for my own Save back in 2018.

Make sure once you enter the AP/EC2 Buffalo, you allow CJ to FULLY CLOSE THE DOOR behind him before accelerating forward! This is very important and if you don't do it, Pulaski will pull CJ out of the AP/EC2 Buffalo every single time and drive off with it himself!
