Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA SA! This Video will show you how to convert CERTAIN Vehicle Models into NE (No Extra) from "The Meat Business" with passing the Mission. NE means "No Extra" which means that any Extra's the Vehicle can spawn with are completely removed and disabled. In terms of the NRG-500 which I used to convert in this Video, the reason why it's NE is because it has NO Exhausts present or any Engine present, either.

Where Things Take Place in the Video:

0:40 - 1:10 - Loading the Save, jacking a random Vehicle, driving it into the Transfender, and then blowing CJ up (this removes traffic)

1:15 - 2:25 - After spawning at the Hospital, jacking a Vehicle, and going back to the Garage in which contains the Vehicle in which I want to convert into NE form (the Garage also will contain any other random Vehicle that does not have any Extra's to spawn)

2:30 - 5:05 - Driving the Vehicle I want to convert into NE form to begin "The Meat Business" and after the Mission begins, driving the Vehicle I want to convert into NE form back to the same Garage that contains the other Vehicle without Extra's, and opening it, then quickly driving to the warehouse like normal to continue the next part of the Mission

5:15 - 6:45 - Going through the Mission like normal until I exit the warehouse to find my Vehicle converted into NE form

6:50 - 7:30 - Storing my converted NE Vehicle in the Garage

7:35 - 8:30 - Driving back to the Casino and passing the Mission like normal

11:05 - 11:35 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the NE NRG-500 to show it off

***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA SA.

Note that this ***DOES NOT REQUIRE*** a Wasted Stat. The reason you see me do this in the Video is because it removes traffic and the CHANCES/ODDS that ANY OTHER random Vehicle Models that have Extra's can spawn in traffic and mess up the NE Conversion. The reason why this works is because NO OTHER VEHICLES spawned that could have Extra's or that were parked that could have Extra's in the time I began the Mission and drove to the Garage to open it before driving to the warehouse! Without wasting CJ, you'll likely run into not only one, but MANY Vehicles that can spawn with Extra's and because of that, your Vehicle will never be NE unless you GET LUCKY!

With that said, you're in luck if you play the Mobile (Android/iOS) Versions of SA because you can very easily go to the Settings and just turn the Traffic down to "Light" and this will help out tremendously to pull the NE Conversion off and most importantly, WITHOUT wasting CJ in the process! The NE Conversion will REMOVE other Properties to your Special Vehicles! So if for instance you have an EP/FP NRG-500 and want to convert it to an EP/FP/NE NRG-500, it won't work like that and in the process of converting it to NE form, the EP/FP Properties will be deleted!

To convert more than one Vehicle Model into NE form, you must FAIL the Mission, of course, and to do that is easy. Just kill Ken when you exit the warehouse and see if your Vehicle is converted into NE form or not.

Fun Fact - Interestingly enough, despite a good amount of NE Vehicles to exist in SA, NONE OF THEM are considered SPECIAL with the NE Property ALONE except for TWO Vehicle Models in the entire game which are the Unique Hotring Racer A and Unique Hotring Racer B obtained using OM0 from the Stadium Event. So NOTHING you convert into NE form is actually going to be SPECIAL unless it's one of or both of those two Vehicle Models I just named.
