A lot of people had being requesting for a tutorial on how to install GTA SA Skin mods. So here it is and hope it helps ^_^
It's fairly easy to install when you get the hang of it. But make sure that every time you want to install a skin mod into gta3.img, you HAVE to backup the gta3.img disk file. Because you'll never know when a glitch or bug may occur with the skin mod you had downloaded.

All skin mods that are designed to replace the gta3.img skin files do NOT need cleo, cleo is a completely different software design to add additional features and modification towards the game. If you want to replace skins such as weapons, buildings, cars and NPC skins. Simply download IMGTool v2.0 and follow the steps provided in the video.

★UPDATE Tutorial on How to Replace CJ Player skin:
In order to replace CJ player skin, you cannot simply use IMGTool to replace the skin models in gta3.img. You must acquire skin.cs, skin_o.cs, skin_c.cs, skin_n.cs in the CLEO 4 folder plus the updated gta.dat in the 'data' folder. To get these files, go to http://www.gta-modding.com/area/index.php?act=view&id=254 to download them. This website has also provided a custom anime skin sample for you to test out. Simply press TAB+Q or TAB+E to swap the CJ player model with the custom player model. Furthermore, you can also use IMGTool to add or delete custom player skins of your choice!
