so I found some weird shit in san andreas, not my first time either, I booted up my copy [with mods] and then I see a man who looks like a hobo type of guy running also being chased by a helicopter but then It left and he kept running I ended getting bored and killing him but if you see this man follow him and see If he goes anywhere.
