00:00 - Beginning "Los Desperados" and going through the Mission like normal until reaching the stage of the Mission shown in the Video leaving one enemy alive
04:30 - Parking a Vehicle on top of the final enemy and then driving to Transfender
05:35 - Entering the Transfender, killing Cesar to fail the Mission, and then enter/exiting the Safehouse to regain normal view of the game world
07:50 - Dating Denise on foot
09:20 - Jacking a random Vehicle and REVERSING it back to Denise's to finish the Date
09:45 - When Denise asks CJ to come in for Coffee and the text appears on screen, I spam the Exit Vehicle Button until CJ is back inside of the Transfender
10:00 - Leaving the Transfender to go fetch ANY Vehicle (in this case, a Bullet) I want to convert into AP (All Proof) form
11:20 - Driving the Bullet to ANY body of water and submerging it deep enough, then accepting Coffee with Denise
12:45 - Getting the AP Bullet out of the water
14:30 - Proving the AP Properties and showing off the AP Bullet

This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.

To my knowledge, you can't actually PASS the Mission whilst converting a Vehicle into AP form. Notice how I actually kill two enemies right before I kill Cesar to fail the Mission. These enemies are possible for CJ to shoot. Enemies further up seem to be blocked by some kind of wall and no way for CJ to actually shoot at them and progress the Mission any further. If you could, you could PASS the Mission and afterward, you'd still have the Mod Menu all the same to do the AP Conversion. I never tried explosives, but that MIGHT work to kill those enemies that are blocked by some kind of wall, thus allowing you to progress in the Mission until it's passed.

It'll help to have a Map Marker placed on the Verdant Bluffs/El Corona Safehouse before beginning so you can find it easier after the Mission fails. You should also have ANY random Vehicle inside of the Garage that is allowed to enter Transfender normally. The Blade and Voodoo parked around the area will not work because they are Lowriders. Since you're not parking any Mission Important Vehicle on top of the enemy, make sure you only touch ONE other Vehicle after you put the Blade or Voodoo on top of him. You will also have roughly three minutes to make it to Transfender before this Vehicle disappears. It needs to remain on the enemy for the Method to work!

Make sure you begin the process at the right time. What I mean by this is when you reach Denise's, you want it to be night time so Denise is available for dating.

This Method WILL disable the Two Time Dating Scripts! What this means is you will never see a Jealous Girlfriend appear at the end of a Date any longer!

ANY Vehicle that CJ can sit inside and drive/fly can be converted into AP form.

Other kind of Dates will work whilst doing this AP Conversion, such as a Driving Date! Just make sure you hold the Accelerate/Sprint Button down before entering a Vehicle and keep it held the entire time while using the Handbrake Button to slow you down.

Any time you do an AP Conversion, it's recorded in the Stats by the Successful Dates and Times Scored (Had Coffee) Stats found in the Pause Menu, so keep that in mind! The more AP Conversions you do, the higher all of these Stats will be!

I do NOT recommend using this AP Conversion for much of anything. There's already plenty of AP Vehicles naturally existing throughout the Story that are obtainable. Throughout the entire game, there's well over 40 (with and without OM0) AP Vehicles to obtain and by doing that, you'll gain a much greater satisfaction after the fact rather than just using an AP Conversion. Plus, you'll gain much more skill and knowledge of all the Methods, too.

How the AP Conversion works is simple. During the Cutscene when you have Coffee with any Girlfriend, your Vehicle is temporarily converted to AP and when the Cutscene ends, the AP Properties are deleted. If you submerge a Vehicle in water during this Cutscene, it will preserve those AP Properties so they will still be there after the Cutscene is over! Note that using an AP Vehicle during any normal Date will DELETE the AP Properties and you'll have to reapply them!
