Instructions:

First Open "IMGTool.exe" TO open "gta3.img" in (GTA San Andreas/models/gta3.img)

Second is Place the files from "add to gta3.img" folder after Open gta3.img with IMGTool.exe go to "Commands"
And Click "Add" and Then Find the Files inside "add to gta3.img" Folder, Select all and click Open

And when your Done, cLICK Close and Your Good to go. Have Fun!
