It appears the website is down for maintenance, so I found a version of the mod on my PC (Two to be exact...) and have uploaded it to mediafire for you to download while gta-downloads is offline.

The mod has a fatal flaw in that you CANNOT complete the End Of The Line mission, it crashes at a certain point and you will never get past it, HOWEVER...There is an un official patch that fixes the problem and you get to keep your save (Just load up a new game, then load your save from there for it convert and work...loading the save from the menu will not work unless you do this first). Thanks to SilentPL who made it.

HOW TO INSTALL - Copied from the readme I included with the download

"As far as I can tell, these might be two different versions of the mod. I know at least one point I had gotten a later version (At least it was uploaded at a later date than another download, sadly both links are down). However they may be the same. I have included the unofficial patch that stops the game from crashing during the last mission.

How to install - First off, ignore the readme that comes with the mod, I had to do things differently in order to get it to work. Here's what you do.

1. Install San Andreas - Make sure in properties on the directory folder that read only is unchecked and applied to all sub folders - You need version 1.00. Any later version he says the mod will automatically downgrade, I don't know if it does as I do have v1.00.

2. Install Sanny Builder 3.

3. Click "Associate .SCM files with Sanny Builder 3?"

4. Click next then point Sanny Builder to your San Andreas install.

5. Then install the CLEO 3 library with it.

6. You don't have to launch after installing, just quit if you do.

7. Now install CLEO, leave CLEO 4.1 SDK unchecked, click next.

8. Now point it to the San Andreas install you have, click next, then point it to Sanny Builder 3.

9. Install!

10. Now load up the Install.exe that comes with the mod, tell it to install at the San Andreas directory.

11. Once installed you can either load up to test, or go right into installing the patch fix.

12. Sometimes, at least for me, the game would crash when starting a new game so just installing the patch was needed before trying to load.

13. To install the patch, copy all of the files in the .rar and paste them into the San Andreas directory.

And there you go...installed. You need to do this on a clean install of San Andreas, any other mods will likely conflict with this one so use them at your own risk. Also only new saves will work, any old saves will need to be backed up and played in a non modded install of the game if you wish to keep them.
This mod, may or may not decide to crap itself from time to time, it is rather delicate so usually restarting the game works if it does die.

Once again, I am not exactly sure which version is the latest, or if they are even the same so depending on which one you decide to install it may alter results. I used the version in folder 1 and it worked.

I hope this works for you, it really does expand the game and the whole experience just makes more sense, a lot of things became disjointed in development for some reason but this mod does its best to reconnect them.
