This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
Before you begin, you will need a Towtruck and the Two-Time Dating Scripts ACTIVE and ENABLED.
Under normal circumstances, you won't have any Girlfriends until you get Denise during "Burning Desire." DO NOT DATE HER or you WILL DISABLE your Two-Time Dating Scripts. Finish the Mission, forget about her. Later on, you will have the ability to date up to FIVE other Girlfriends with having SIX in total, counting Denise. For the Two-Time Dating Scripts to be ENABLED and remain like that, you will have to go out on a Date with ANY Girlfriend but ALSO HAVING AT LEAST ONE (or more) other Girlfriends at the SAME TIME. A Jealous Girlfriend MUST SHOW UP and you MUST NOT get caught by the Jealous Girlfriend. Doesn't show up? Reload. Got caught? Reload. Wrong Girlfriend shown up? Reload. If you save over any of these actions, you will disable your Two-Time Dating Scripts, meaning you can never obtain any Jealous Girlfriend AP Vehicle again.
You can use ANY Girlfriend for dating, but I RECOMMEND only using Millie and Denise, believe it or not. I recommend you use Millie because the game sort of FORCES you to date her TWICE for her Keycard. While you do that, you can also obtain TWO AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles while you're at it. I recommend Denise for the other three because of how low her progress USUALLY will be for people by this stage of the game. After Burning Desire and while you do other time consuming tasks in Los Santos early on, her progress is going to drop. You can bring the progress back up by dating her three times and obtaining three AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles.
By only dating Millie twice and Denise three times, this means, you've obtained ALL FIVE AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles while only going out on FIVE Dates which will keep the Stats to a minimum.
As a Jealous Girlfriend, Denise drives an AP/EC Hustler, Katie drives an AP Romero, Michelle drives an AP Monster, Helena drives an AP Bandito, Barbara drives an AP Ranger, and Millie UNFORTUNATELY drives an AP Feltzer (Inferior Vehicle). Millie driving a Feltzer is actually a bug and she SHOULD be driving an AP/EC2 Club, but it's not the case and because of it, we have one less worthy AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicle to obtain!
The EARLIEST these AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles can be obtained is actually right at the beginning of the game. It's possible to have Katie, Michelle, and Barbara and obtain all three of their Vehicles, however, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this. It'll make your playthrough slower, more annoying, and, you realize how much limited space you have in the beginning of the game as opposed to, let's say, in Las Venturas, later in the game? Denise unlocks after Burning Desire. Millie unlocks after Key to Her Heart. Helena unlocks after you pass The Green Sabre.
It is said that obtaining these Vehicles during the Riots and using Denise might be beneficial. Why? Because during the Riots, the AI is programmed differently. After finishing a Date and seeing the AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicle, it's possible to just ram said Vehicle or punch said Vehicle and the Jealous Girlfriend will casually exit their Vehicle which allows CJ to enter it and drive it away, without a Towtruck. Want to rely on luck and AI's being the way you want? Have fun with that. I bet you'll repeat more Dates this way, and waste more time in the long run.
