GTA TLaD Special Vehicle Guide: Hakuchou Custom with EC2 White Rims
0Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA TLaD! This Video will show you how to obtain the Hakuchou Custom with EC2 (Exclusive Secondary Color) White Rims from the FIRST Malc Random Encounter.

This file was heavily used to help find out all the Special Vehicles in the game and determine exactly why they are special.

Hakuchou Custom with EC2 White Rims:
White - 112
White - 112
Black Poly - 1
White - 112
The EC2 White Rims are INVISIBLE on this Hakuchou Custom and something only a Save Editor will detect but it's the REASON that it's special in the first place. Under normal circumstances, Hakuchou Custom's spawn with an unused fourth Color (Rims) being Black (0), however, this particular one will spawn with such fourth Color as White (112) making it one of a kind.
***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA TLaD.
The FIRST Malc Random Encounter is unlocked after passing the Story Mission "Shifting Weight."
Note that after you obtain Special Bikes in GTA IV, TLaD, or TBoGT and store them in a Parking Space, each time they are loaded into the game world by coming near the area and/or loading your Save and coming outside of the Safehouse to see the Bikes, they ever so slightly will move in the direction that they are leaning! So if they are leaning toward the street, they can eventually move out of the saving zone and disappear for good! This Video showcases the quirk - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VE_n2VMFiu4
You can store 14 Special Vehicles in the 7 Parking Spaces that TLaD has to offer. Each Parking Space saves 2 Special Vehicles each. If you are on the PS3 Version of TLaD specifically, you can actually store 16 Special Vehicles in 8 Parking Spaces because Luis' Safehouse/Parking Space from TBoGT will also work in TLaD.
Fun Fact - Obtaining this Hakuchou Custom with EC2 White Rims together with the EC Green and Yellow Bati 800 and passing this Random Encounter is possible. At the very end of the Mission, just have DeSean's Hakuchou Custom with EC2 White Rims with the EC Bati 800 together and then double drive both of them back to a Parking Space.
Fun Fact 2 - Interestingly enough, there is yet ANOTHER opportunity to obtain the Hakuchou Custom with EC2 White Rims. It's from the Mission "Shifting Weight." At the very end of the Mission once it's passed, you will see DeSean drive away in the Hakuchou Custom with EC2 White Rims. If you're quick enough, you can catch up to him, sometimes even finding his (and Malc's Double T Custom) Hakuchou Custom with EC2 White Rims just sitting on the ground with DeSean nowhere in sight. The problem I always ran into, no matter which Platform and Version I tried this on, both Malc and DeSean's Bikes would be unjackable and I couldn't get them back to a Safehouse. I suppose you could push the Bikes back to a Safehouse, but that is not ideal and rather pointless in the end.
