GTA V Special Vehicle Guide: UP/NE (K1FFL0M1) Tractor
0In this Video, I show how to obtain the UP/NE (K1FFL0M1) Tractor from Michael's Strangers and Freaks Mission, "Unknowing the Truth." After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there.
Note that you can obtain any TWO (or even three if you're patient and have immaculate camera control) of the Vehicles from this Mission at the SAME TIME and pass the Mission. At the end of the Mission when I enter the UP/NE Tractor and drive away, you see the "other" Special Vehicles scattered around the Area. It's pretty self explanatory on how to obtain them. IF you want the EC Maverick in combination to another Vehicle or two, then you will likely struggle and have a Vehicle or two vanish on the way back to storing it all since the moment you take the Camera off of another Vehicle, it'll vanish (that's V). Not to mention, Camera control in the Maverick while flying and then keeping your Camera on another Vehicle or two on the ground is very difficult.
With that said, you don't HAVE TO PASS the Mission for the EC Maverick as I shown in the previous Video. You CAN actually fail this Mission and obtain it, but it'll require the Snapmatic Camera Trick (try standing BEHIND the Maverick when you try and teleport into it, not the front of the Maverick) or required to block off the Doors to the Maverick and teleporting in, etc. I recorded this Video BEFORE I knew that the Teleport Method would work to fail the Mission, but it certainly does and I honestly recommend it over passing the Mission like I did UNLESS no other Epsilon Special Vehicles interest you. It's all about each Player and what they WANT TO OBTAIN in each Save File. If nothing but the Maverick interests you, then no need to worry about anything else I said about flying and double/triple driving, etc.
If you do in fact want the Maverick along with ANY OTHER Vehicle or two, then GOOD LUCK. You'll have to fly the EC Maverick while keeping the Camera on your Car or two and reach Michael's Safehouse Garage, park a Vehicle or two inside the Garage, then fly to his Helipad to store the Maverick all while making sure nothing vanishes along the way. I already tried yesterday to obtain the EC Maverick with this UP/NE Tractor, but half way to Michael's House, the Tractor vanished.
Make sure you immediately kill the Pilot like I did in the Video with Michael's Special Ability AS WELL AS all other Enemies around the area USING a Micro SMG or a "smaller Weapon" with a Silencer. For instance, if I would shoot the Pilot dead using my trusty Combat MG as well as all other Enemies? Then I WOULD GET A WANTED LEVEL at the end of this Mission making a small annoyance take place (Vehicles are still obtainable, but I show how to AVOID the Wanted Level in the Video). This is a foolproof Method on how NOT to get a Wanted Level at the end of the Mission and obtain the Vehicles of your choice (one, two, or three at a time depending on which they are). Michael's Special Ability and the Weapon you use to kill the Enemies makes all the difference in this Mission!
The reason why the Tractor is NE is due to the fact it's missing the Mud Flaps above the Back Tires. Just go to Google and do a search of images and the Tractor and you'll notice that the one from this Mission is surely NE and missing the Mud Flaps. It's not just a "different variation" but actually NE.
Furthermore, the Tractor in Free Roam which isn't NE can NOT have a License Plate like this one shows. This is the only Tractor in the Game with a License Plate, which is an Unique Extra! The Model used here in the Mission is completely different and one of a kind! Despite the actual Vehicle being so slow and useless, it's still a pretty nice addition to a Save File.
There's an NE/EC Conversion on Last Gen, but the UP/NE Tractor still stays Special since it can't be recreated as such. The converted Tractor with the NE/EC Conversion will have the Mud Flaps missing, but also won't have the License Plate, along with an Invisible Traffic Plate Text.
