GTA VC Tips and Tricks: How to Get the Dinghy Early (EC Black Dinghy)
0In this Video, I show how to get the Dinghy early on so I can convert it to EC Black.
Unfortunately, I actually planned to PASS The Party whilst converting this Dinghy to EC Black, however, the dumb bitch in a primitive game called VC from 2002 decided to walk into the water and die while refusing to get into my Dinghy, so therefore this Video will show me failing the Mission for it. Not to worry, though, since I will just convert a 15th Vehicle into EC Black tomorrow and pass the Mission, thus the Stats won't be tainted by an unnecessary Mission Failure.
This process can be very annoying since the Dinghy sometimes won't spawn in the Ocean and other Boats will instead, making you waste a lot of time (just reload, fool). Furthermore, when you push it into the Pink Marker, you must TELEPORT into it while the cutscene plays. If you're not mounting the Dinghy in the cutscene, then you failed and will need to redo all of this. Boats are some of the harder EC Black Vehicles to get in a Save.
As you can see, pushing things on PS2 is much different and harder at the same time due to no bitch options like a Frame Limiter like everyone on PC always suggests to noobs who say it's difficult to push Vehicles. Thankfully, there is none of these crutches on the PS2 Version, thus making each and EVERY task accomplished that much harder to pull off and that much MORE rewarding in the end. If you're on PC, you get everything handed to you due to easier options, gameplay, and tools to fix things all of which doesn't exist for PS2 Versions.
