GTA VCS OM0 Special Vehicle Guide: DP/EP/FP Mule
0Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA VCS! This Video will show you how to obtain the DP/EP/FP (Damage Proof / Explosion Proof / Fire Proof) Mule from "Farewell to Arms" with Mission Failure and wasting Victor once since it's the only way possible.
Where Things Take Place in the Video:
1:00 - 3:30 - Setting up OM0 by activating Vigilante, exiting my Vehicle and standing on Rampage Icon, and then canceling Vigilante at which time I once again activate Vigilante before heading to the nearby Padlock Icon, waiting for the Rampage Timer to hit 20 seconds remaining, exit my Vehicle, Rampage fails, then I WALK into the Padlock Icon with X held down and wait for Vigilante to fail (can't release X until you hear the word "enemy" in the Cutscene for the Mission)
3:35 - 4:10 - After acquiring the Padlock, I get onto my VCPD Wintergreen with X still held down (using E-Brake to slow down and stop), and then I activate Vigilante yet again, ram into a wall to dismount the Bike still holding X, and then run into a Rampage Icon as I cancel Vigilante and then get back onto the Bike still holding X
4:15 - 6:00 - While still holding X, I drive to Diaz's Mansion and drive into a wall to dismount the Bike and then I wait until 5 seconds is remaining on the Rampage Timer before going into the Pink Marker to begin "Farewell to Arms"
6:05 - 6:45 - Allowing the Cutscene to play out and waiting for the word "enemy" to be said in the Cutscene at which time I RELEASE X, which will put Victor on top of the Mansion's Roof at which time I throw a Grenade or two forward and walk into the explosion which will kill Victor and have him spawn at the Hospital and then I buy the Weapons back
6:50 - 10:25 - Using the Sniper Rifle/RPG to take out the attacking Sharks while defending the Flatbed until I reach the DP/EP/FP Mule at which time I put it in the nearby Garage, and then blow up the Flatbed to fail the Mission before coming back to the Garage and confirming it before saving the game
10:55 - 13:00 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the DP/EP/FP Mule to show it off as well as proving the DP/EP/FP Properties
***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA VCS. With that said, I really recommend you question WHICH Special Vehicles you want in a Save File. For instance, if you plan on actually wanting this DP/EP/FP Mule in a Save and eventually plan to also obtain the EP/FP Benson from the same Mission, I would obtain BOTH at the SAME TIME and in the SAME Save File since BOTH require wasting Victor, but if you obtain them at the same time, you only have to waste him ONCE rather than TWICE. Make sure you pass Vigilante Level 15 BEFORE obtaining the DP/EP/FP Mule so it won't add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats!
