Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA VCS! This Video will show you how to obtain the BP/FP/PP/EC (Bullet Proof / Fire Proof / Pop Proof / Exclusive Color) Black Stretch from "Kill Phil" with passing the Mission. Pop Proof means the Vehicle's tires can not be shot out by bullets and Spike Strips will not make them go flat. Exclusive Color means the Vehicle's Color can never be found in traffic or parked, nor can the Color be acquired from a Pay and Spray, no matter how many times you respray it.

Where Things Take Place in the Video:

1:35 - 4:45 - Obtaining the BP/FP/PP/EC Stretch from "Kill Phil"

4:50 - 5:40 - Driving the BP/FP/PP/EC Stretch back to the Garage to store it

6:20 - 8:13 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the BP/FP/PP/EC Stretch to show it off as well as proving the BP/FP/PP Properties

***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA VCS.
