Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA VCS! This Video will show you how to buy any of the THREE BP/PP (Bullet Proof / Pop Proof) Vehicles from "Padlocks" after passing specific Story Missions that unlock them. Pop Proof means the Vehicle's tires can not be shot out by bullets and Spike Strips will not make them go flat.

Where Things Take Place in the Video:

0:20 - 4:35 - Showing where to find and buy all three BP/PP Vehicles and storing them in the Garage

5:00 - 6:50 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the BP/PP Sanchez, BP/PP BF Injection, and BP/PP Ventoso to show them off as well as proving the BP/PP Properties on all three

***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA VCS. Note that the BP/PP Sanchez is EXCLUSIVE TO PS2! You can NOT acquire the BP/PP Sanchez on the PSP Versions of VCS!

The Padlock for the Sanchez will appear after passing Conduct Unbecoming and unlocking the 101 Bayshore Avenue Safehouse. The Padlock for the Ventoso will appear after passing To Victor, the Spoils. The Padlock for the BF Injection will appear after passing Beach Patrol Level 15 Side Mission. There is also a BP/PP Stretch in which you can buy, but it's inferior to the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch from the Kill Phil Mission which I already made a Video on.

I recommend obtaining these BP/PP Vehicles BEFORE the Story Mission "In the Air Tonight" is passed because then you can convert them into BP/PP/EC Black Vehicles.
