GTA VCS Special Vehicle Guide: FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetah's from Fools Rush
Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA VCS! This Video will show you how to obtain the FP/PP/TP/EC (Fire Proof / Pop Proof / Tip Proof / Exclusive Color) Black, White, OR Blue Cheetah from "Fools Rush" with Mission Failure since it's the only way possible. Pop Proof means the Vehicle's tires can not be shot out by bullets and Spike Strips will not make them go flat. Tip Proof means the Vehicle can be tipped upside down without catching on fire and blowing up, however, Victor can not remain inside of the Vehicle or it'll catch on fire and blow up like normal. Exclusive Color means the Vehicle's Color can never be found in traffic or parked, nor can the Color be acquired from a Pay and Spray, no matter how many times you respray it.
Where Things Take Place in the Video:
1:40 - 9:20 - Obtaining the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetah from "Fools Rush"
9:25 - 10:30 - Driving the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetah back to a Garage to store it
10:55 - 13:30 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetah to show it off as well as proving the FP/PP/TP Properties
***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA VCS.
Races are unlocked after passing the Story Mission "When Funday Comes."
Make sure you pass all the Races BEFORE obtaining the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetah so it won't add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats! Also, be sure to pass "Crash!" as well!
Stop the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetah you want to obtain for about five to seven seconds by blocking it with the Coach and if you're successful, it'll drive ahead a bit but then come to a complete stop at which time you can use the Coach to push it to the water very quickly and with ease. Since the Coach is Heavy as well as possessing the TD Property AND the added Health before storing it in a Garage, you shouldn't need to worry about the Coach getting wrecked during the pushing process but it CAN happen, so try and have the least amount of damage done to it prior to starting the pushing to the water.
Always keep the camera on the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetah when pushing! If you don't, it will "vanish" and respawn at the starting line and continue the Race and if that happens, you'll need to start all over again!
Also, I want to give a shout out to "Badboyhero" for helping with Custom Thumbnails for my Guide! Here is his Channel in case you want to check it out - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDiLODK-t57XgXltqorbZ1g
