In this video I will show you how to collect ALL 99 hidden red balloons in the game "Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories" (or just GTA VCS). It is NOT possible to collect them all at the very beginning of the game. After passing the first mission you can collect as many as you want.
When collecting the balloon I will show you the spot on the map and also show you the surrounding area so you get a better understanding of where each one is located.
