Alternative Method from someone on 7sins

I found an alternative method on 7sins you can try. I haven't tried it but they confirm it works and in theory it works, host might even get paid if you do it right, but for now just try it.

Using the internet on/off method works flawlessly on xb1 that Xilithion mentioned...
1. Finish act2
2. Click "go offline with network (xb1 settings)" durring cutscene (no major rush)
3. Goto gta and Confirm to story alert
4. Click "go online"
5. Return to gtav and let story load
6. Load into any online session type without eula, and no prologue preload. No clearing cache, no syncing
