GTA:SA Mike Toreno Stopping Position (Satchel)
5The Van always stops at one of three position (depending on where it spawns) if you are near it. If you are further away, then it drives a bit further before it stops.
You can use this to wait where it will stop, so you can prepare a bit better for it. For example you can use a satchel like in this example. Although you have to be careful not to blow up the Van. Putting the satchel between where the bikes will stop should prevent them from getting pushed in the direction of the Van and blowing it up. But I'm not really sure if using a satchel here is really worth it or if you even still have some.
