Settings are shown in the video early on, and in between the rounds. It is very difficult to play this game on the 745, but it's possible, if you absolutely must play the game now, and the 745 is the only card you have to do so.

I will get on my soapbox and say this here: The game feels worse to play than the frame rate indicates. So much stock is put into the frame rate "number" on the screen, during games, but even when the frame rate is 30fps or better, a game can still feel and play pretty crappy. I did not think this was a good experience at all, to be honest. But... If this looks good to you, or if you just want to know if it's possible to run the game, yes, you technically can run the game (for the current build of multiplayer, as of Nov 8th, 2015).
