Guardians of the Galaxy was released on the Nintendo Switch as a "cloud" version, and while this does require an active internet connection to play those curious to see how it will operate can try out a 'trial' from the Nintendo eShop.

In this video I playthrough the trial period on a Nintendo Switch via Wi-Fi Connection.

Sadly this trial only lasts around 10 minutes and is ONE USAGE per Nintendo Account, so just as you start getting used to the game it ends. The experience is ok, but if you have access to Xbox, PlayStation or PC platforms then it's best going for those.
