Talk to Alyx for the quest Torn Dreams. Raenie Fizzlebog's Green Hills of Stranglethorn book was shredded by a dust devil. Complete Restoring A Grand Tale by finding missing pages.
Two solutions:
1. Buy a pristine copy from Cravitz Lorent under the Fashion Frenzy stage (misses some crate details).
2. Find book pages in the event:
Use Idol of Ohn'ahra to track pages (talk to Maru via Spiritual Incense).
Pages 6 and 11: Drop from Anniversary World Bosses.
Page 16: By doghouse bowl in Pet Corner.
Page 18: Between rocks near Hearthstone board behind Story Time stage.
Page 21: By outhouse behind Fashion Frenzy stage.
Pages 25 and 27: Drop from Sand Devils in Caverns of Time.
Complete Green Hills of Stranglethorn and turn in to Raenie Fizzlebog for "The Case of a Good Book" achievement credit.
