NOTES:

Make sure you have an area with 60% commercial/ 40% office to do this. If you need to maximize revenue or bring in increase popularity, try this first:

1) If you need more commercial or shopping in the area, build those (destroy other areas on the map so demand for it goes up and they will build faster)
2) If you need more sightseeing in the area, building the parks with 175 entertainment value found under the Hotel & Resorts tab
3) Set the price of your hotels for 2 units less than the default. Specifically, just move the amount down ( to the left) twice. This is the amount where you will maximize revenue from that hotel.
4) If you have 10+ hotels with at least 90% popularity, destroy any additional hotel with a popularity under 80%
