In theory, all three recipes have a daily chance to drop from all events,
normal rares, Small and Laden Somnut (treasure seeds) in the Emerald Dream - Zone
However, I think you have better luck with the big rares
like Nuobero, Reefbreaker Moruud, Envoy of Winter, Firebrand
Fystia, Greedy Gessie, and Raszageth's Last Breath.
It's really not as bad as Cobalt/grind.

You can either place a Public Work Order or a Private Work Order directly to an Enchanter alt.

01.Dragon Isles Enchanting: Enchanted Aspect's Dreaming Crest (473-486)
Costs: 60 Aspect's Dreaming Crest, (comes from Mythic high key and raid).

Or you can trade Wyrm's Dreaming Crest.

02.Dragon Isles Enchanting: Enchanted Wyrm's Dreaming Crest (463-476)
Costs: 45 Wyrm's Dreaming Crest, (Comes from heroic raid bosses and some world quests)
and is used to create Enchanted Wyrm's Dreaming Crest.
(Can be used on Epic Quality Equipment)
Note: (Depends on ilvl) You also might need to replace the old Spark.
I made the Flourishing Dream Helm.
Equip: Taking damage has a chance to cause a Slumbering Dream to flourish,
shielding you for 33567 over 15 sec and causing a Flourishing Dream to mark a friendly ally within 30 yards.
Moving within 5 yards of an ally marked with a Flourishing Dream causes it to awaken,
shielding you and your ally for 22378 over 15 sec.

03.Enchanted Whelpling's Dreaming Crest (434-447)
Requires: 30 Whelpling's Dreaming Crest, (Comes from Dreamsurge event, treasures and some quests)
and is used to create Enchanted Whelpling's Dreaming Crest.
(Can be used on Blue/Rare Quality Equipment)
The max ilvl is currently 447, and it can’t be recrafted.
