The pathing to each location is randomized, it works kinda similar to Parish Map 3 "The Cemetery", wherein the graveyard section also features similar random pathing. So in this video, I can only show you all possible locations for both motel and cafe store keys. You may have to scout the large area to find the possible routes, it can be way faster if you have other human players.

DO NOT ask me how to reach each location, I can't answer that, and due to RNG pathing, this video won't help you that much in this regard. Pay close attention to landmarks and referring to the in-game minimap signs.
