Sprinting is the fastest movement option except for cliff dashing which I show off after climbing the wall at the start. it only works on flat edges, rounded off edges make you fall straight down with no momentum. Get all the chest and teleporters I pick up to increase adventure rank faster. Once you reach amber's temple you can skip the first bit of dialogue by dashing towards the one chest fast enough that the blue info screen pops up during the dialogue. then you can skip the vines by jumping on the ledge and dashing or jumping off. Then you make your way to lisa's temple, activate her trial and then hug the left corner to avoid her dialogue. grab the two chests and then fly around the corner to the ledge and skip the dungeon. Activate the wind and then fly under to it to get there fastest. Activate the checkpoint and then dive to activate it, switch to amber and charge an arrow, shoot it once you enter through the door and then dash by the chest pick it up and leave the domain as fast as possible to skip lisa's dialogue. get adventure rank seven at the satue and then grab your adventure rank rewards and do your wishes after grabbing your mail.
