As great as the Guild Wars 2 music is, some of us can grow tired of the repetitive music heard throughout Tyria. Through a series of simple steps, you can create your own soundtrack to play in Guild Wars 2 while still retaining all other sounds in the game. In this video I'll guide you through the process of changing in-game music through the creation of playlists and linking them to the correct directory for Guild Wars 2 to recognize.

Below are valid titles for each playlist:
Ambient - Default playlist when no other criteria are met.
Battle - "Large" fights involving many foes (~5 or more enemies); some personal story steps; PvP.
BossBattle - World bosses and some Dungeon bosses; some personal story steps; some Activities.
City - When inside one of the main cities and it's not night time.
Crafting - When you are crafting? Not sure if this one still is valid.
Defeated - Upon being defeated. Possible for downstate too?
MainMenu - At the character select screen.
NightTime - When in some explorable areas and it is nighttime (the moon is out).
Underwater - Any time the breathing apparatus is equipped. Overrides most other playlists.
