Guild Wars 2 in 2020? GW2 has had a rough 2019, with a lack of raid and fractal content, the game has once again been trying to redefine how it satisfies players. The big questions is, has its newest content cycle "The Icebrood Saga" been really been satisfying players?


Guild Wars 2 has had a rough 2019, and unfortunately there isn't much evidence that 2020 will be a better year. Now, don't get me wrong, I truly am a fan of the Guild Wars franchise and I really do want Gw2 to succeed. However, it appears that the game is still trying to redefine how it creates content and with each new system existing fans are getting more disheartened about the future of the game.Will Guild Wars 2 revert back to the expansion model of Hearth of Thorns and Path of Fire, or will it continue down this new saga system and unveil an unannounced project that will change everything? Only time will tell!
