Oh boy, this mini-series might be a bad idea lol. Expect a LOT of Angernomic involved as I try to go through each character's combo trial.

I don't know if it's just me or if it's the PS4 dpad being super garbage, but anyone else have issues with inputs not inputting? Like I have issues with game just either not registering diagonals on the dpad, or sometimes even left/right which makes no sense since I know I'm pressing those buttons, or sometimes just flatout doesn't do the input at all.

...It is just me, isn't it? I'm still going to blame PS4 dpad regardless!

Dizzy's trials are kinda...ok? The Fish oki in the corner is nice, but it doesn't give you much in the way of how to do it midscreen, and the 5D stuff is ok, if you hit with 5Ds a lot. But most of the other stuff isn't as useful as what you can learn, such as the Fire Spear loop in the corner, midscreen Fire Spear/Fire Bubble RRC combos, amongst other things.

Elphelt's trial stuff, from the El mains I talk to, are either too complex or not useful at all. I use a couple of them right now, but haven't had the chance to try them in an actual match. A modified version of a 3rd trial combo involving RRC Pineberry c5S I use now.

Ky's is brand new to me, and I didn't even know about some things he can do like Sacred Edge into the sigils! Also his timings are weeeeird! -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/masterxenomic
