With the Pokémon TCG expansion, Sun & Moon: Guardians Rising releasing next week, let's take one final look at the Pokémon-GX that arrived with the Sun & Moon base set expansion, the last one of which for us to try out being Gumshoos-GX. Its Search the Premises Ability lets you check out your opponent's hand each turn, and its GX Attack, Gumshoe Chance GX, hits for 10 damage plus 50 more damage times the amount of Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokémon. To make Gumshoos-GX a little more versatile, I'm including the three Eeveelutions from Ancient Origins: Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon. Each of these Pokémon have an Ability that adds their own typing to all of your other Stage 1 Pokémon. In essence, Gumshoos-GX will be able to dish out damage as if it were a Colorless, Water, Lightning, and Fire Pokémon with all three Eeveelutions in play. For a bit of Energy manipulation on my side as well, I'm adding in Golduck BREAK with the Huper Transfer Ability allowing me to move any basic Energy from one of my Pokémon to another as often as I like each turn.
