Gunstar Heroes is a 2D action shooter with varied boss battles and a story which kind of makes sense but you are probably playing it for the action rather than the story. You have two methods of control of shooting, fixed and free shot, one allows you to move freely while shooting, the other makes you a stationary target, the weaponry is given by pickup's these can be mix and matched to create your perfect setup. The strongest attack still remains as the dive into enemies which puts you in danger also.

Most of these are played on the Retron 5 due to not having the capabilities to get good quality from the systems pre Dreamcast era.

If you have any suggestions for games as long as they can be beaten under 2 hours I'll give them a go and obviously if I can get them or already have them.

Next will be a NES game. A really hard one, It'll either be Silver Surfer, Ninja Gaiden, Battletoads or Double Dragon.
