Here's some footage from PAX East of Twisted Pixel's newest XBLA game, Gunstringer, which uses the Kinect. Play is similar to an on-rails shooter, but has scripted events where you take cover.

Controls are quite simple. The left hand is used to move Gunstringer left or right, or you lift your hand to make him jump. It's also used to peek him in and out of cover. The right hand controls the reticule, which you use to mark up to 6 targets. Once they are marked, you "shoot" your finger like a gun and all marked targets are killed. Very simple, but very cool.
