I see many teams have trouble with cliffside, especially scale 94, so this is how I usually get it done.

More tips:
1. Take chaos trait line to reduce the cd and duration of mass invis.
2. Have the other 4 people focus on pulling and hitting one side.
3. If you have a healer, you can stack and outheal the agony.
4. Remember to run all the way to the opposite corner after hitting, or the far group of chanters will follow you.
5. Thief and Scrapper have their own ways to safely hit the far side
