Welcome back to another video on my channel. This time I came with Gym motivation shorts. In this clip, I tried to show what Dad told us as a kid to motivate us.

Finding motivation to work out can be challenging. There are so many distractions and less physically demanding alternatives to spending an hour at the gym or working out at home. Even when we do get to the gym or start a home workout, having the desire to work hard and push ourselves is another challenge.
