The routine:
- 20 normal
- 20 pseudo
- 35 seconds hold at bottom
- 15 clapped
- 20 declined (feet on top of box)
- 20 diamond
- 50 inclined (hands on top of box)

Rest:
- between esercises 45 sec - 1 min
- between cycles 2.30 - 3 min

2-3 cycles ( I did 2)
