This Video was made because i wanna help people see the differences between data rates, especially the difference with a light detail, high motion scene, and a heavy detail, high motion scene.

Too many youtube videos do not show enough, and or go from a low data rate of 6 mbps and then suddenly 50 mbps where both encoders look exactly the same, or just take forever to show you the results.
