With the Hacksmith back at the Hacker Labs headquarters, the UI team has spent a week working to make sure that the Hololens can detect criminals amongst citizens. The Fabrication team has added an extra goal to their deadline, that includes adding microphones into the ears to capture extra sounds and to make the ears rotate. Jonathan, from the UI team, has had troubles with his laptop, and has not been able to get it fixed. He worries that he will lose all of the data he has created. With a new 3D printer sent by LulzBot, the Fabrication team is able to print their Batman ears quicker than their previous attempts. Shae brings her Shaezilla cosplay back as Poison Ivy, and the team tests out the platform to see if it will recognize her in character. The Fabrication team find themselves struggling to make their software communicate with the microphone and the UI team needs to get the voice recognition to function. With their deadline approaching, Shae encourages them to push on and complete the Batman cowl on time.
