Description:
The galaxy of Xerxes is nominally at peace and the human Prince Chad is engaged with Erran Princess Ellemine, which will hopefully improve relations between Sectors 1 and 4. Unfortunately, Draconian Count Estuuban seeks to destroy this peace and take over Xerxes. It's up to Klein, Ellemine's bodyguard, to stop Estuuban's conquest and come to terms with his dark past.

There's also an event enemy that you have to defeat to get tools. Once you kill the mad scientist, you get an Archlight Facility ID.

You have to help Mr. Nigel find his wife Titania. Another NPC states that Titania wanted to go to an oasis.

Titania ran off because she's tired of her husband neglecting her. Somewhat hypocritical considering she left her daughter behind with him.

The HP halving effect is really rough, since it locks you out of your strongest EP skills and makes it easy for the boss to wipe the party with one spell. Try to get Zazir's reflection buff on the party ASAP and keep his SP high enough to refresh it.
46:10 Archlight Facility
The scientists are using the robots to kidnap people for transhumanism experiments, since they believe humanity needs to evolve faster to keep up with the other races. They surrender, but you still need to defeat the AI leader.

You can now explore the south side of the city.
50:30 Boss: Mecha Lancer
Strangely, this boss doesn't have HP threshold attacks like some of the previous ones. We take those!

This causes all the touch encounters to disappear, making it easier to explore the side paths for treasure.
56:08 Lake Sullivan
This place wasn't mentioned in the guide, but there is a gallery item here. There's also an NPC with an aesop about being yourself.
58:41 Cyber Lord's Lair
This place also has no real sidequests or unique items, but it does have a gallery item. There's also encounter zones filled with old enemies, though the second one has a chance of causing the Mecha Lancer to appear. I guess if you want to farm EXP, it might be useful, but it'd be nice if there was a healing point close by.
