Description:

The galaxy of Xerxes is nominally at peace and the human Prince Chad is engaged with Erran Princess Ellemine, which will hopefully improve relations between Sectors 1 and 4. Unfortunately, Draconian Count Estuuban seeks to destroy this peace and take over Xerxes. It's up to Klein, Ellemine's bodyguard, to stop Estuuban's conquest and come to terms with his dark past.

0:17 Niredia Battlefield

Once you choose to travel to Niredia, you'll be locked into the endgame, so use a separate save slot.

After the first fight, the party will be separated, and you'll have to move forward and fight more foes to get them back.

12:01 Boss: Count Vorakia (Boosted)

This is mostly the same as his first fight.

15:23 Vorakia's Final Gambit

Vorakia teleports to the final room, where he absorbs more of Arcturo's power, giving him psionic powers and causing him to get bigger for some reason.

17:46 Boss: Count Vorakia (Overcharged)

You know how bosses usually spam a bunch of BS skills in a row when hitting HP thresholds? Vorakia can now do that on both HP thresholds and his regular turns! Good thing he isn't on par with the bonus bosses in terms of stats, or this would be really bad.

26:15 Klein's Sacrifice

Vorakia moves towards Arcturo to extract more power, but Klein tries to stop him, so he grabs Klein instead. He wants to both extract Klein's special ether and use him as a hostage to win the war, but Klein forces them both into an ether overload, killing them both.

29:55 Ending the War

The Niredians are defeated, but I can't help but fear that unless something fundamentally changes about their society, someone else will just repeat Vorakia's ambitions. Maybe if Zazir gains the ability to talk, he can become a political figure in Niredia? Maybe he can be like Dohalim and encourage a less strict hierarchy with egalitarian ideals?

For some reason, Ellemine randomly decides to go into the Astral Zone while pregnant. Once she gets there, the nothingness from the Greldian Asteroid tells her that they will use her descendants as pawns for some vague purpose.
