This achievement is the 2nd missable achievement for Chapter 5: Black Mesa East. After moving further into Eli's scrapyard, you'll meet Alyx's protector Dog. You'll play some rounds of catch with him before he uncovers his "ball"; a non-shocking road mine. You can grab the ball and attempt to shoot it into the hoop near where Alyx is sitting. You only need to get the mine into the hoop once to, pardon the pun, but "net" the achievement here. Good luck!
